MILK CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER
BARS
 
1 c. peanut butter
6 tbsp. (3/4 stick) butter, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl, combine peanut butter and butter; beat until smooth. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla extract; beat until creamy. Blend in flour and salt. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips. Spread into 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until edges begin to brown.

Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Let stand 5 minutes until chocolate chips become shiny and soft. Spread chocolate evenly over the top. Cool completely. Cut into 1 1/2 inch bars. Makes 48 bars.
