RAINBOW ROLL 
1 bar German sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
10 oz. colored miniature marshmallows
Flaked coconut

Melt chocolate and butter. Combine egg, vanilla, powdered sugar and nuts. Mix well. Add chocolate mixture. Stir in marshmallows. Press together. Spread coconut on waxed paper. Form roll and roll in coconut. Chill.
