JELLO COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 can crushed pineapple in own juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (orange, lime or raspberry)
1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. chopped nuts

Bring pineapple with juice and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and add Jello, stir in Cool Whip and Cottage cheese. Mix well. Fold in nuts. Chill.
