JELLO COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD | |
1 pkg. sm. curd cottage cheese (24-32 oz.) 2 pkg. sugar free Jello (e.g. 1 lemon, 1 lime) 2 (16 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits (or other mixed fruit) 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Mix dry Jello powder with cottage cheese. Drain pineapple (or fruit) very dry and add to cottage cheese. Mix well. Add nuts and Cool Whip. Mix well. Chill. Stays good for many days. |
