APPLE CRISP 
1 c. pie sliced apples (or other fruit filling)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1 egg
1/3 c. melted butter

Put the apples in the bottom of ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix sugar, baking powder, flour, and egg until they're crumbly. Sprinkle over apples, then pour over the butter. Bake until the top is light brown, 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Ice cream is delicious served over the crisp. Serves 10 to 12.
