TAFFET GENIUS CHERRY/APPLE CRISP 
4 c. sliced apples
1 can cherry pie filling
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. oats
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. softened butter

Grease square pan (8 x 8 x 2). Place apples and cherries in pan. In bowl, mix remaining ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples and cherries. Bake 30 minutes (until apples are tender) at 375 degrees. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
