APPLE CRISP DESSERT 
4 1/2 c. sliced apples
1/2 - 3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. water

TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. quick oats

Arrange sliced (and peeled) apples in 1 1/2 quart baking dish, greased. Sprinkle with sugar.

Combine lemon juice and water and pour over apples.

Combine topping ingredients and spread over apples. Bake at 375 degrees until apples are tender, about 35 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
