APPLE CRISP 
6 c. peeled, cored & sliced apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice, optional

TOPPING:

6 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Variation: Cherry Crisp: Substitute 1 can of cherry pie filling for apples. Microwave high 8-11 minutes until bubbly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
