MARIA'S SCALLION PIE (Pizza) 
10 bunch scallions, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 jar pitted Spanish olives, cut up
1 jar pitted black olives, cut up
1 can anchovies mashed with oil
1/4 c. olive oil
2 lbs. pizza dough (1 lb. for bottom and 1 lb. for cover)

Roll out 1 pound dough and line oiled 13x9x2 inch deep pan, bringing dough up and over the sides. Mix all other ingredients in large bowl. Mix well, then fill pan.

Cover with pound of dough which has been rolled out. Overlap edges of dough and pinch to seal. Make some air holes. Bake in 375 degree oven until light brown and crusty, approximately 45 minutes. Can serve 8.
