MACARONI PIE 
14 oz. mild cheddar cheese, grated
1 lg. can evaporated milk (Pet)
1 box elbow macaroni (lg. hole), cooked
3/4 stick butter
2 beaten eggs
Salt & pepper

Drain macaroni and put back in pot. Add butter and 3/4 of cheese. Stir. Add milk and eggs. Add salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 2 quart dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese (1/4) on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly and brown on top.
