CHERRY WALDORF SALAD 
1 pkg. (4 serving) sugar free Jello brand gelatin, cherry flavor
Dash of salt
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water with ice cubes
1/2 c. diced peeled apple
1 sm. banana, sliced
1/4 c. sliced celery

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups. Add to gelatin and stir until slightly thickened; remove any unmelted ice. Fold in fruits and celery. Chill in bowl until set, about 2 hours. Makes 5 servings; 35 calories per serving.
