ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2-2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can Mexicorn
1 can chopped olives (sm.)
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. rosemary
3 pkgs. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. corn tortillas
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can enchilada sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown hamburger and onions. Add spices, olives and corn. Combine sauces, add one half of sauce to hamburger mixture. Simmer 5 minutes. Line 8 1/2 x 11 inch pan with half tortillas. Add hamburger mixture to pan.

Place 1/2 of cheese over mixture, then remainder of tortillas, then remainder of the cheese, last pour over the remainder of the sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
