MARINARA SAUCE 
1 1/2 cubes real butter
2 cloves garlic
17 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 chopped onion
1 c. sauterne
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. chopped parsley

Melt butter with garlic. Add tomato sauce, onion, sauterne, water, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Add parsley and cook uncovered on low heat for 25 minutes. Serve over linguini, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
