CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lb. Southern style hashbrowns
1 stick butter
1 pt. half & half
4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 lb. Velveeta

Microwave potatoes to thaw. Melt cheeses, butter and half & half in saucepan. Pour over potatoes and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
