CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in chocolate, sour cream and vanilla; pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; chill.
