CHOCOLATE HAYSTACKS 
1/3 c. + 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
1 can chow mein noodles
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted & cooled

Mix 1/3 cup coconut and the noodles in bowl. Add chocolate. Stir with rubber spatula until blended. Drop 12 mounds of noodle mixture onto waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Press to flatten. Sprinkle with remaining coconut. Refrigerate 1 hour.
