MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 lb. fresh mushrooms 1 medium head cauliflower 1 jar sweet pimentos 1 green pepper 1 sweet red pepper 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts 2 red onions 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce 2 tsp. dried chives 1 tsp. dried dill 1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian dressing Wash and dry fresh vegetables. Slice mushrooms, cut cauliflower into florets, cut pimentos into strips, cut peppers into slices, cut artichokes into wedges, and slice onions thinly. Add spices and dressing; toss well. Prepare 2 to 3 days before serving and refrigerate. Stir often. Double for lots of company and enjoy the raves. |
