MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. water

SALAD:

1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can white shoepeg corn, drained
1 can small peas, drained
1 green pepper, diced
1 sm. jar pimento, diced
1 c. diced celery
1 onion, chopped

Mix dressing ingredients to dissolve sugar. Mix all together and marinate overnight.
