CHICKEN CURRY 
4 cooked chicken breasts
1 pkg. frozen broccoli (or fresh)
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower (or fresh)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry
1 tsp. lemon juice

Partially cook broccoli and cauliflower; drain well. Layer broccoli and cauliflower in 9x13 inch pan. Layer chunks of chicken. Pour sauce over. Spread topping of 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese and 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
