MOTHER'S STUFFED PEPPERS 
4 bell peppers
1 lb. lean hamburger
1/4 c. diced onion
1 can sweet corn, drained
1 lg. can tomatoes
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. sugar
Dash of salt & pepper
1/2 c. water

In large bowl combine hamburger, onion, corn, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stuff mixture into green peppers. Place the peppers in a Dutch oven, add the corn juice, tomatoes, sugar and water. Cover the pan and cook for 2 hours at 325 degrees. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
