CHICKEN DIVINE - CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 - 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. longhorn cheese, grated
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/8 c. melted butter

Simmer chicken in salted water until tender. Remove chicken meat from bones in large pieces. Cook broccoli. Mix soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise and curry powder; set aside.

To assemble: Butter casserole dish. Layer first with broccoli; then chicken. Pour sauce over and heat at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with the bread crumbs which were mixed with the melted butter. Bake 10 minutes more until cheese is melted. Serves 4.

I use a can of cream of mushroom soup as well, and Townhouse or Ritz cracker crumbs.
