CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, 1 lb. each
6 chicken breasts, boned, sliced and cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. soft bread crumb s
3 tbsp. melted butter or more

NOTE: Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.

Cook broccoli as directed; drain and cut into small pieces. Put broccoli in 9 x 13 inch shallow dish; put chicken pieces on top. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pour over mixture in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Add bread crumbs and pour melted butter over top. Serves: 8 to 10.
