CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. or more shredded cheese (American or Cheddar)
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook broccoli and drain; arrange in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Place chicken on top of broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice together; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

This dish can be prepared the day before, just allow extra heating time.
