PEA AND ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE | |
2 c. asparagus spears 1 large can English peas or frozen peas, cooked 1 stick butter 1 c. grated sharp cheese 1 c. mushroom soup 1 c. fried onion rings Cover buttered baking dish with croutons. Mix all ingredients, except onion rings, and put in baking dish. Bake at 325°F for 30 to 35 minutes. The last 15 minutes, put onion rings on top. |
