5 lg. potatoes
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. water
Pam
Salt
Pepper

Scrub potatoes. Slice potatoes leaving skin on. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Spread potatoes out on cookie sheet. Mix oil and water. Pour over potatoes. Roll potatoes in mixture to coat. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 475 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir potatoes and bake another 15 minutes.
