OVEN FRENCH FRIES 
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dried whole oregano
2 lg. baking potatoes, unpeeled
1 egg white, beaten
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine Parmesan cheese and oregano; set aside. Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges; dip into egg white, and dredge in Parmesan cheese mixture. Place fries on a baking sheet coated with vegetable cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Yield: 4 servings. Only 137 calories per 4 wedges.
