INDIAN CORN STEW 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 c. corn, fresh or frozen
3 ripe tomatoes, skinned and chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Melt butter in large skillet, add beef and saute over a high heat until brown. Stir in onion, garlic, green pepper and cook about 5 minutes. Add corn, tomatoes, and seasoning. Cover and simmer gently for 30 minutes.
