SAUSAGE BREAD 
DOUGH:

2 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast
2 tsp. salt
2 c. water
3 tbsp. oil

FILLING:

12-14 Italian sausages, remove meat from casing
1 sm. stick pepperoni, cut into sm. pieces
6-7 med. onions, chopped
Salt to taste

Mix all dough ingredients and knead.

Saute onions in oil; when tender, add sausage, pepperoni and salt. Saute until sausage is thoroughly cooked.

Cut dough into 5 or 6 pieces. Roll out each piece of dough into 8"x12" rectangles. Place filling over dough and roll; press ends together to seal roll. Place rolls, seam side down, on a greased baking pan. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour, until crust is golden brown. (You can baste each roll, while cooking, with juice from bottom of pan.) Serves 16 to 20.
