THREE-LAYER LEMON JELLO 
2 boxes lemon Jello
2 c. hot water
16 marshmallows
2 c. cold water
1 c. crushed pineapple
4 sliced bananas
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice

Combine Jello, hot water and marshmallows in bowl and mix until marshmallows are almost melted. Add cold water and stir until slightly thickened. Stir pineapple and sliced bananas into Jello mixture. Pour into 9x13 inch pan and refrigerate until set.

Combine butter, eggs, sugar, flour and pineapple juice in saucepan and thicken on stove like pudding. Spread cooked mixture on Jello.

Whip 1 pint heavy cram and spread over pudding mixture. Refrigerate until completely chilled.

(I double the pudding mixture.)
