LEMON LAYER PIE 
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
3 pkg. lemon instant pudding
4 1/2 c. milk
2 c. Cool Whip
Nuts

Mix chopped nuts, flour and butter; spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip; spread on first layer. Beat pudding and milk; spread on second layer. Top with Cool Whip and nuts.
