LEMON LAYER DESSERT | |
1 c. flour 1 stick butter, room temperature 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. confectioners sugar 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding 3 1/2 c. milk Mix flour, butter, and nuts. Press into 9 x 13 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool. Beat together cream cheese, confectioners sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over baked layer and chill. Beat pudding and milk together at low speed until thickened. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip. Chill several hours before serving. Drop nuts on top. May use chocolate, butterscotch, or coconut pudding. |
