LEMON OR CHOCOLATE PIE DESSERT 
BOTTOM CRUST FIRST LAYER:

2 c. flour
2 sticks butter

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (9 oz.) bowl Cool Whip
2 c. confectioners sugar
Note another small bowl of Cool Whip will be needed.

THIRD LAYER:

3 sm. packs instant pudding
4 1/2 c. milk

TOP FOURTH LAYER:

Cool Whip
Nuts

For crust: Mix flour and butter. Press into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees about 10 minutes until tan in color. Let cool completely.

Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar. Spread on cooled crust. Mix pudding with milk, let stand until thick. Pour onto cheese layer.

Last, spread Cool Whip on this, sprinkle with nuts.
