1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts, put in food chopper
1/4 lb. butter

Mix together above ingredients. Pat in the bottom of a 9"x13" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Mix:

1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip

Spread on top of cooled baked mixture. Mix 2 packages pistachio instant pudding mix with 3 cups milk. Put on top of cream cheese. Spread on a thin layer of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate and serve next day.
