VIETNAMESE STIR FRIED RICE 
Bunch green onions
4 eggs
2 c. rice
1 tbsp. cooking oil
4 toes garlic

Clean and separate green onions (green tops from white onion part). Scramble 4 eggs in a bowl. Add chopped up onion (white), put to the side. Chop up onion greens, put to the side.

Heat oil in electric skillet or large skillet (for stove). Chop garlic and brown (don't burn). Add cooked rice and turn frequently until mixed with garlic. Add egg and onion mixture until egg is cooked, turning often.
