STIR-FRIED RICE 
5 slices bacon
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. frozen peas
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
2 slightly beaten eggs

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon, drain on paper towel and crumble. Stir fry onion and peas in bacon drippings for 2 minutes. Add rice and stir fry for 7-8 minutes. Add soy sauce, water and crumbled bacon. Reduce heat. Pour eggs on top of rice mixture. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes or until egg is cooked.
