STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 med. Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
Dash salt
1 c. boiling water
4 c. strawberries
Red food coloring

Mix flour, brown sugar and melted butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Mix with mixer. Stir in pecans. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees 10-12 minutes. Cool.

Cream cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Pour in Cool Whip, mix with mixer. After crust is cooled, pour this mixture over it. Mix sugar, Jello, salt, cornstarch and water. Bring to boil. Stir in strawberries. Remove from heat. Pour over cream cheese layer. Set in refrigerator. Cool at least 3 hours before cutting.
