CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
1 tbsp. corn flour
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. vanilla essence (flavor)
2 tbsp. butter

Mix corn flour, cocoa and sugar to paste with little of water. Boil remainder of water and add to cocoa past mixture. Return to heat and boil for 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and butter. Serve hot or cold as a dessert sauce.
