SPINACH CAKES 
1/2 pkg. chopped spinach
2 eggs
Salt
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. milk

Cook spinach and drain. Beat egg. Add salt and milk. Add crumbs, cheese, onion and spinach. Fry until light brown.
