ITALIAN MEAT BALLS 
1 c. brown sugar
2 level tbsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. red wine vinegar
2/3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
20 oz. can pineapple tidbits, unsweetened

Put in small saucepan, brown sugar and cornstarch, stir in vinegar, juice, green pepper, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Turn heat down, cook 2 minutes more, pour over meat balls and add tidbits, stir well put in crock pot for 3 or 4 hours or more if you want.
