BRISKET & BUTTER BEANS | |
3-4 lb. brisket 1 pkg. onion soup mix 2 cans butter beans 1 bottle chili sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cover brisket with silver foil. Cook 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Open foil, turn and put all other ingredients on brisket. Cover with foil and cook for an additional 1 1/2 hours or until tender. |
