BUTTER BEAN CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. beef bouillon
2 cans dry butter beans (16 oz. each reserve liquid)
1/2 chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper

Brown sausage and beef. Drain. Reserve 2 tablespoons drippings. Set meat aside. Add 2 tablespoons flour to drippings and brown. Add 1 1/2 cups reserved liquid from beans and water to make 1 1/2 cups. Add 1 teaspoon beef bouillon. Mix well meat, gravy, beans, onions and green pepper, salt and pepper to taste. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
