PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4-5 pork chops
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. raw rice
1 env. onion soup mix
2 1/2 c. boiling water

Brown pork chops in skillet. Spread rice in bottom of Pyrex baking dish. Top rice with browned pork chops. Pour water into drippings in skillet. Stir in soup mix and bring to a boil. Pour over rice and chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
