PLUM SPICE CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves or allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 sm. jars strained plum baby food

FROSTING:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 1 lemon

Sift dry ingredients together. Add oil, then eggs, one at a time, and plums. Continue beating about 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Mix glaze ingredients and pour over cake.
