MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. macaroni
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, diced
4 carrots, shredded
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook macaroni, drain, add chopped onion, shredded carrots and diced green pepper. Mix Eagle Brand milk, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise and salt together and pour over above mixture. Best if made day before and let set.
