OVEN - BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken, cut up
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
1 c. catsup
1 tbsp. butter

Roll chicken in flour, salt, and pepper; fry quickly in uncovered skillet. Place large pieces on bottom of baking dish; place small pieces on top.

Fry onion in butter until brown. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes; pour over chicken. Bake 40 minutes in 400 degree oven.
