MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix (it can not have pudding in the mix)
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil

Combine all ingredients at once and stir until well blended. Pour into a greased 13"x9" pan and bake 25 minutes at 300 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 med. Cool Whip
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Combine and spread on cake.
