PINWHEELS 
11 oz. refrigerator biscuits
3/4 lb. cooked pork sausage (drain)
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped apple
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Flatten biscuits on floured surface into a 12 x 18 inch rectangle. Sprinkle above ingredients over dough. Roll dough (jelly roll style). Cut into 5 slices and stand on end in greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees about 20 minutes or until browned.
