CHINESE CHICKEN TACOS 
Boned, skinless chicken breasts
Cream of chicken soup
Minced green and red onion
Shredded cheese
Pineapple chunks
Shredded coconut
Cashews and peanuts
Mandarin oranges
Raisins, bananas, strawberries, kiwi, red and green bell pepper
Chinese noodles
Chutney
Olives, tomato, shredded lettuce and celery
Curry powder
Cooked rice

Cut chicken into small pieces and completely cover with curry powder and set aside for 1 hour. Saute chicken in a small amount of oil until golden brown and tender. Set aside and keep warm. While chicken is marinating cut up all above ingredients and place in bowls. Cook enough rice for people being served. For 6-8 people, use 4 whole breasts. For sauce, use 2 cans cream of chicken soup mixed with 1/2 can water plus enough curry powder to taste. Should be consistency of a gravy. To serve place bowls on table. Serve a portion of rice to each and have each person place chicken and vegetables and fruits on top. The more the better. Top with soup sauce. Fun for dinner party. An excellent ice breaker.
