MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 qts. popped corn

Mix sugar, syrup, butter, and salt in microwave bowl. Bring to boil. Cook 2 minutes on high. Add soda and stir. Pour caramel mixture over popped corn. Put in paper bag. Shake. Put in microwave 1 1/2 minutes on high. Shake bag. Put in microwave for 1 1/2 more minutes. Ready to eat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
