MICROWAVE MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/4 c. onion soup mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/3 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. French's mustard

In medium bowl combine ground beef, soup mix, water and stuffing mix; blend well. Press into a 8 x 4 inch microwave proof dish. Cover or top with wax paper. Microwave on high for 10 minutes, rotating dish after 5 minutes. Drain off juice. Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Spoon over meat loaf. Microwave uncovered 3 to 4 minutes or until loaf is cooked in center (test with knife). Let stand a few minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
